    Sir really nice and hardwork plz keep it up.
    I am recently appointed as junior clerk pbs11 in civil Secretariat kpk.
    I searched a few days before that time the basic was 4400 so the 50 percent is 2200 my basic is 10510+2200= 12710 then where is 10% increase?

  2. Mudassar says:

    Most calculations are not correct. For Example;
    SPS-08 Initial Basic 2016 Rs. 32710/- Adhoc 10 Rs. 6485/- So minimum of new Scale must be Rs. 39195/- against Rs. 39045/- mentioned in the chart.

    Thanks Brother

  4. Ali says:

    In your calculation sheet, you have added all annual increments as per stages and thus new basic pay is obtained. what is the reason for doing this. however, in 2016, you did not add annual increments in stages to get new basic pay.
    Waiting for your reply anxiously.
    Thanks and regards
