Able2Extract Pro 11 Review: All-in-One PDF Conversion Software

The PDF is one of the most used and popular file types in the world. And for a good reason, if we can add. Since its introduction, the PDF was steadily rising to its current status. The end result? We can’t imagine our work without it. Let’s face it, if you are saving or sharing your files with others, you’ll almost certainly use the PDF. The reason lies in its uneditable nature as well as portability, meaning the files display the same way on any platform or device. Able2Extract Pro 11 Review

These things are highly valued by people who want to send and store their files in a professional and secure way. As much as we love and use the PDF, this non-editable characteristic oftentimes makes it difficult to work with. To solve this issue, various companies created conversion tools that convert PDF files into editable formats. I’m sure you’re familiar with this as you’ve probably encountered many tools on the internet that are designed for this purpose.

However, there is this one powerful tool that has a variety of PDF manipulation options, which are especially useful for serious business professionals. Investintech’s cross-platform Able2Extract offers a range of features that make working with PDF documents a walk in the park.

Since the tool possesses advanced OCR technology, it enables you to create editable files from native and scanned PDFs alike. All conversions are done with admirable precision and keep the unique look and feel of the original file.

You can also convert between several file formats. The list starts from the more popular Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint to more specific HTML, AutoCAD and image file types (BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF).

There’s also the Batch conversion option, which allows you to convert multiple PDFs at the same time, rather than open and convert one by one.

How to Convert PDF to an Editable File Format:

The use of Able2Extract is pretty intuitive and could be described in three simple steps:

1. Open the PDF file you want to convert clicking on the “Open” button
2. Select the whole document or a specific area on a single page that you wish to convert
3. Choose one of the many output formats that are located at the top menuAble2Extract Pro 11 Review (2)

How to Secure Your PDF Files?

As mentioned before, security is one of the reasons so many people use PDF to share their digital files. That is why Able2Extract included one neat option to protect your PDFs. The latest version (that launched earlier this month) includes the “Redaction” button, allowing users to hide any sensitive information by blacking out their content.Able2Extract Pro 11 Review (3)
